 In
2005, with the support of the UEM (European
Motorcycling Union), the first European Speed Cup entirely
dedicated to women will take off: the EUROPEAN WOMEN’S
CUP.
There
will be three races:
- Italy, Vallelunga 14th-15th May
- Croatia, Rijeka-Grobnik 11th-12nd June
- Germany, Schleiz 20th-21st August
The categories allowed
to participate will be 2 (sports bikes and naked); they will
compete in the same races, resulting in two different classifications:
- “600” - up to 600cc 4 cylinders / up to 750cc
2 cylinders (twins)
- “1000” - over 600cc 4 cylinders / over 750cc
2 cylinders (twins)
