  Please state in CAPITAL LETTERS SURNAME, NAME and STATE of person enrolling for the rally*

• AFTER YOU HAVE MADE THE BANK ORDER PAYMENT AND HAVING RECEIVED THE 11-DIGIT CODE NUMBER (CRO which is official proof of payment) - AND NOT BEFORE!
  - complete and send the following BOOKING FORM making sure that you fill in EACH SECTION COMPLETELY

Your enrolment will be valid only if you indicate the CRO number, and the enrolment will be filed in order of payment date.

Booking is open as of 12th June 2002

Given the number limit of certain events, namely

- max 60 girls for the basci driving course (full)
- max 60 girls for the advanced driving course (full)
- max 60 girls for the all-terrain driving course (full)
- max 200 girls for the free track sessions

we strongly reccommend that you book as soon as possible.
As soon as we have reached the number limit for each of the abovementioned events, a notice will be posted on the website and the enrolment for that particular event will be shut down.
