COSTS

Access to the event is limited to 2003 Motocicliste.net members.

For those of you who are not yet Motocicliste.net members, enrolment will be possible in at the time of enrolment for the meeting.

There are 2 possible “packages”, with differing programmes and costs, for taking part in the meeting:

1. 65 euro per person participation fee, includes:

• 2 nights at the autodrome (Friday 22nd and Saturday 23rd August), in one of the boxes, with one’s own sleeping bag
• Saturday night dinner, including party and music
• On the raod tryout of the whole range of BMW bikes made available
• Participation in the following workshops: “My motorcycle”, “Travel”, “Bike and health”, “Children and motorcycles”
• Participation in the road safety course
• Participation in the bike maintenance course
• Participation in the tourisitc itinerari programme
• Access to the minimoto tryouts
• gadgets
• prizes

2. 95 euro per person participation fee, includes:

• all the above, plus ONE of the following events:
  - basic beginners’ driving course
  - advanced driving course + signup for the SuperpolE
  - all-terrain course + 1 free track session
  - free track sessions (at least 4) + signup for the SuperpolE

The fees include ONLY WHAT IS SPECIFIED ABOVE, no more and no less.
There will be no reductions or reimbursements, even in case of:
- arrival later than Friday evening;
- overnight stay elsewhere than the autodrome (for those of you who would prefer to spend the night in a nearby hotel, please refer to the hotel list. Please note that hotel is at one’s own charge!)
- friends who will take part with you as observers but who do not intend to take part in the activities.
